Virtual staging

EUR 100 per image

Virtual staging is currently priced at EUR 100 net per image at BM3D. The main cost factors are image count and how usable the source photography already is.

What changes the price of renderings

For classic 3D renderings, the main variables are project scale, number of views, and whether the image is interior or exterior. The first hero view takes more setup than later views because look development, lighting, and material logic need to be built first.

Why CGI tours are quoted differently

CGI tours are not usually priced as one flat project fee. They are structured around viewpoints or defined camera positions. More rooms, more circulation logic, or more scenario variations increase the workload, which is why the number of viewpoints matters so much.

When floor plans or virtual staging are the more efficient choice

If strong existing photos already exist, virtual staging is usually the lowest-cost service-led format. If the main goal is orientation rather than atmosphere, a 3D floor plan often creates a better price-to-clarity ratio than ordering more hero renderings.
