What exactly does a rendering cost?
Interior views start at €500, exterior views at €850 net. Price depends on scale and detail: a family home costs less than a 200-unit quarter. After reviewing your plans you receive a fixed quote - no hidden costs.
Which documents do you need from me?
Floor plans and elevations as PDF, DWG or IFC, plus notes on facade and floor materials. A site plan or Google Maps link helps for the surroundings. Anything missing is clarified in the briefing.
How many revision rounds are included?
We work in clear preview rounds: after the first draft you collect feedback in one batch, we apply it within 2–3 business days. Typical projects are final after one or two rounds.
Do I receive usage rights to the images?
Yes - with final payment you receive unrestricted usage rights for marketing and sales of your project.
Can you deliver on short notice?
